Description

Well, this was taken from a fast-moving car, with room for only two more photos on the memory card. I managed to take better photos of this sunset later, but they were ruined in a memory card malfunction. Hence, the composition and focus aren't all that good, but I loved the colors so much that I had to post it anyway.

Taken with my Lumix FZ-20; values slightly adjusted in GIMP.

Very nice colors. Obviously taking shots from a moving car is not the ideal. The focus suffers and you might have chosen a better composition, minus the power line tower, to highlight the awesome sky. Good work for the conditions you used.

I agree, Gary, but since the sky was only visible during short periods (where there were gaps between the hills and forests closer to the car), I couldn't do much work on composition. I like the tower, though, heh... the focus is out, I know that, and I did what I could with sharpening tools...

I'm really sorry the better ones got spoiled... I hate that memory card reader of mine!
